I&#8217;m based in Canada, and Sundorne Communications Inc. is my company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have worked with and written about computers and information technology for over 30 years. Over that time, I&#8217;ve managed to learn a few things, often with the benefit of bitter experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It doesn&#8217;t matter what kind of work you do, you must find out what your audience needs. If you don&#8217;t match your product with what they need, you aren&#8217;t succeeding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask questions. Listen to the answers. Keep working at it until you understand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect other people&#8217;s time. Advance preparation shows that you value other people. Their work is important. Their time is important. Their ideas are important. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be honest with people. Also be considerate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And the technology part? I&#8217;ve worked with enough different kinds of technology over the years that I&#8217;m confident I can pick up any new skills quickly and efficiently. It&#8217;s always worked for me in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m not currently looking for new contracts.
